DAY WATCH

Time:  1345 hours

Charges: PC 211
Location: 9800 block of Denali Cir.
Suspect:  UNKNOWN (HMJ, 16)

V-1 was walking in the above area when a vehicle with five subjects drove up. S-1 exited the vehicle and demanded V-1’s property while brandishing a firearm. Fearing for his safety, V-1 gave S-1 his property. S-1 got back into the vehicle and left the area. S-1 was described as a Hispanic male, 16 years old, wearing a red and black zip up hooded sweatshirt and jeans. The other occupants were described only as 3 males and a Hispanic female. The vehicle was described as an older white 4-door sedan.

Suspect #2: UNKNOWN (BM, 17-20)

V-1 was in the above area when he was approached by S-1. S-1 demanded V-1`s property. V-1 refused, as a result, S-1 assaulted V-1. During the assault, S-2 assisted S-1 by taking V-1 to the ground. S-1 and S-2 were unable to take V-1`s property. Both suspects left the scene in an awaiting vehicle. S-1 was described as an Asian or Hispanic male, 17-20 years old. S-2 was described as an African American male, 17-20 years old. The suspect vehicle was described as a newer white 4-door vehicle.

V-1 was walking in the area when he was approached by the two suspects. The suspects demanded V-1’s property. Fearing for his safety, V-1 ran from the suspects. The suspects caught V-1 and threw him to the ground. The suspects assaulted V-1 while they removed the victim’s property. V-1 suffered minor injuries. During the incident, S-1 brandished a firearm at V-1. The suspects took V-1’s property and fled in an awaiting vehicle that had two females in it. S-1 was described as an Asian male, 17-20 years old. S-2 was described as an African American male, 17-20 years old. The suspect vehicle was described as a newer white 4-door sedan.

Location: 10100 block of Brian Kelly Way
Suspect:  CURTIS, LILLIE (WFA, 29, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding an unknown vehicle blocking a residential driveway. Officers arrived and contacted S-1 (Sacramento resident) asleep in the driver’s seat. S-1 provided officers with a false name. Officers discovered S-1’s true identity. A search of S-1’s vehicle, property and person led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
