S-1 (Stockton resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 slapped V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for public intoxication and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9400 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect:  CHANDLER, JOHN (WMA, 54, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding a possible impaired driver. Officers arrived and located the described vehicle parked with the engine running in the above area with S-1 (Elk Grove resident) in the driver’s seat. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. As officers were attempting to detain S-1, S-1 became physically resistive and tried to spit on the officers. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and was detained. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
