S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted in the above area. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation and had an active warrant out for his arrest. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 hit V-1 in the back of the head with a glass object causing visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
