The incident occurred while a child was present. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a solo vehicle collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.
