S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument inside a vehicle that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 grabbed V-1 by the arm, preventing V-1 from exiting the vehicle. S-1 forcibly prevented V-1 from leaving. V-1 sustained visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
