Location: 7100 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect:  ORTIZGARCIA, ERIKA (HFA, 27, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle and observed by officers smoking an unknown substance. S-1 was contact and upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect:  CHESTER, RONALD (BMA, 38, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was consensually contacted. A record check revealed S-1 was parole. A parole search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed both suspects were on probation and S-2 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A probation search of both suspects led to the discovery of methamphetamine. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.
