S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of cocaine. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call regarding a large party with shots fired. Officers arrived on scene and located evidence at the scene of shots being fired. Officers were notified that prior to their arrival, V-1 was transported to a local hospital by friends to be treated for a gunshot wound to the leg. During the party, there was a group of people standing in the front yard of the party residence when S-1, described as an African American male wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, approached the group and started shooting at them. Someone in the group shot back at S-1. It was during this time; V-1, who was walking towards the party, was struck in the leg by a stray bullet. A parked vehicle and an uninvolved residence were also struck by the gunfire.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument while V-1 was driving with S-1 and 6 children as passengers. The argument escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 grabbed V-1’s face and scratched V-1’s face. S-1 exited the vehicle and punched V-1’s hand causing a visible injury. S-1 walked away but was later located and arrested. S-1 was transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument inside a parked vehicle. Also, in the vehicle were V-2 and V-3 (children). The argument escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 grabbed V-1’s hair and pushed V-1 out of the vehicle. As V-1 was attempting to unbuckle V-2 and V-3, S-1 drove away at a high rate of speed and was involved in a collision with another vehicle. During the collision both V-2 and V-3 fell out of the vehicle through the open sliding passenger door. V-2 sustained visible injuries. S-1 proceeded to flee the scene in the vehicle after the collision. S-1 was later located and detained by another agency. A record check revealed S-1 was on parole. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
