Suspect: MONTOYA, ISIDOR (HMA, 27, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation and had an active warrant out for his arrest. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to officers to be on probation and was observed standing outside of his apartment. S-1 was detained. A probation search of S-1’s person and apartment led to the discovery of marijuana and indicia related to marijuana sales. S-2 (Elk Grove resident) had a bedroom in S-1’s apartment. S-2 was in his bedroom and detained. A record check revealed S-2 was on probation. A probation search of S-2’s bedroom led to the discovery of a controlled substance and indicia related to narcotic sales. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident) walking around trying to open doors on parked vehicles in the area. Officers arrived and located S-1 standing near the vehicle he had arrived in. S-1 was detained. A record check of the vehicle’s identification number revealed the vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for active warrants and then transported to the main jail.
