Suspect:  FALLIS, DEANA (WFA, 61, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Suspect:  UNKNOWN (HMA, 19-20)

S-1 and V-1 got into an argument over their driving behaviors. After the argument, V-1 got into his vehicle and drove away. S-1 followed in his vehicle. As V-1 was making a northbound turn onto Waterman Road, S-1 fired several shots, from his vehicle, at V-1’s vehicle. V-1’s vehicle was hit one time but V-1 was not injured. S-1 fled in his vehicle. S-1 was described as a Hispanic male, 19-20 years old, wearing a grey tank top. S-1’s vehicle was described as a newer, grey, four-door sedan.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
