S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for shoplifting and violation of probation. S-1 was transported to the main jail.

Location: 8100 block of Geneva Pointe Dr.
Suspect: HARRIS, JAMES (WMA, 57, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the above area. A consent search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of a concealed fixed blade knife. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: MCCOY, JEROME (BMA, 29, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to be on probation and observed sitting in a parked vehicle. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of prescription medication not prescribed to S-1. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.
