At Risk Missing Man in Elk Grove

AT-RISK MISSING PERSON

ELK GROVE, CA – The Elk Grove Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating an at-risk missing person, 69-year-old Loi Bui (photo attached).

Loi was last seen yesterday afternoon when he left his residence near the area of Heritage Hill Drive and Elk Grove Florin Road on his silver colored bicycle. Loi suffers from dementia and only speaks Vietnamese. 

Loi is described as an Asian male adult, 5’7″, 155 lbs. He was last seen wearing a teal colored shirt, blue jeans, and a blue bicycle helmet. 

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Loi Bui is asked to contact the Elk Grove Police Department Dispatch Center at (916) 691-5246.
