Suspect: LEE, CALEB (WMA, 19, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 choked V-1 several times and bit V-1’s lip causing visible injuries. S-1 took V-1’s phone preventing V-1 from calling for help. A child was present during the incident. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pulled V-1 down to the ground and held V-1 down preventing V-1 from leaving. V-1 sustained visible injuries as a result of the incident. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Location: Calvine Rd. / Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect #1: DEHART, AMANDA (WFA, 29, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: SPIEKER, PATRICK (WMA, 45, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: COOK, CHAD (WMA, 32, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver and S-2 (Auburn resident), and S-3 (Lodi resident) were passengers in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 and S-2 had an active warrant out for their arrest as well as S-3 was on probation. A probation search of S-3’s person led to the discovery of heroin and narcotic paraphernalia. All three suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.
