Suspect:  MASIH, MANGIR (OMA, 45, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) struck V-1 in the face multiple times while V-1 was sleeping and pulled V-1’s hair. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Both suspects approached V-1, who was sitting in a vehicle. S-1 brandished a firearm and S-2 punched V-1. S-2 took V-1’s property and both suspects fled in a white sedan. Both suspects were described as African American males, wearing dark colored clothing.

All four suspects approached V-1, who was walking in the area. S-1 brandished a firearm and demanded V-1’s property. S-2 punched V-1 and took V-1’s property. All four suspects fled on foot in a northwest direction. S-1, S-2 and S-3 were described as African American males. S-4 was described an Asian male. All four suspects were wearing dark colored clothing.

Suspect:  SAETERN, BRIAN (AMA, 20, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle observed by officers driving at a high rate of speed. Officers attempted to stop S-1 for the vehicle code violation. S-1 refused to stop and led officers on a pursuit. The pursuit ended when S-1 lost control of his vehicle and was involved in a single vehicle collision. S-1 was detained and displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
