S-1 (Sacramento resident) was known to have active warrants out for his arrest and was contacted at this residence. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery methamphetamine, heroin, and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle in the above area. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
