Suspect:  AGUILAR-CARRION, JOSE (HMA, 32, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding a reckless driver. A check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed the vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle. Responding officers located the vehicle and conducted a vehicle stop. S-1 (Rancho Cordova resident) pulled over for a short period of time and then led officers on a pursuit. The pursuit came to an end when the vehicle S-1 was driving ran out of gas. S-1 refused to follow commands and actively resisted officers. With the assistance of a police K9, S-1 was detained. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 also placed V-1 in a headlock. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect:  REMIJIO, RICHARD (HMA, 37, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding an armed subject with a knife and had brandished a firearm at V-1. Officers arrived and located S-1 (Elk Grove resident) in the area and S-1 matched the description provided. S-1 was detained and a cursory search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of a large knife, a firearm, and ammunition. A record check of the firearm’s serial number revealed the firearm was stolen. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
