S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was taken into custody for slashing V-1’s tires, issued a notice to appear citation and released.

Suspect: WOOD, KARIE (WFA, 31, ARRESTED)
Officers observed S-1 (Elk Grove resident) driving a motor vehicle and a check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed the vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle. S-1 was stopped and detained. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: ROSENBERG, JOEL (WMA, 33, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with a parked vehicle. After the collision, S-1 left the scene of the collision and was later contacted at his residence. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 grabbed V-1’s bag that was sitting on a table and took off running. S-1 was described an African American male, wearing prescription glasses, black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Suspect: NAVALTA, VICTOR (AMA, 40, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 had active warrants out for his arrest. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
