Suspect: MARTIN, ZACHARIAH (WMA, 25, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of the area where S-1 was seated led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: RICHARDSON, ANTHONY (BMA, 49, ARRESTED)
Officers observed S-1 driving a motor vehicle in the above area. A check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed the vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle. S-1 was stopped and detained. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #1: DAVIS, KEVIN (BMA, 19, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: ZACKERY, DONALD (BMA, 20, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: RAPIER, NALON (BMA, 21, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call regarding two vehicle burglaries that had just occurred. The witness provided officers with the vehicle description as well as a partial license plate for the suspect vehicle. A responding officer located a vehicle matching the description traveling on Elk Grove Blvd., near Auto Center Dr. The vehicle was stopped and all three suspects (Sacramento residents) were detained. The victim’s property from the two vehicle burglaries were located along the route travel by the suspects. Additional stolen property from another vehicle burglary that had taken place earlier in the 9000 block of Bruceville Road was located inside the suspect vehicle. All three suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: BOWSER, REGINALD (BMA, 44, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident) causing a disturbance. S-1 refused to follow the officers’ directives and physically resisted. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained him. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: ARCHULETA, DANIEL (WMA, 28, ARRESTED)
S-1 (W. Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A consent search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. A probable cause search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of a counterfeit bill. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
