Suspect: STALLCOP, KARL (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Natomas resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with another vehicle. As a result of the collision, the other driver sustained an injury. After the collision, S-1 fled the scene in his vehicle and was later located by responding officers. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 arranged with V-1 to sell his shoes to V-1 and agreed to meet in the above area. All three suspects arrived, started hitting V-1 and tried to grab V-1’s property. All three suspects fled on foot without V-1’s property and were later located by responding officers. V-1 was not injured. All three suspects were taken into custody and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: NIVISON, RICHARD (WMA, 47, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with another vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: ORTIZ, GABRIEL (HMA, 27, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and then transported to the main jail.
