Suspect: OBRYANT, TIZEYAH (BMA, 20, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Hayward resident) was observed breaking into two vehicles in two different locations (7700 block of Laguna Blvd. and 9600 block of Bruceville Rd.). After the second vehicle burglary, a witness in a vehicle followed S-1 who drove away after the crime. Responding officers located S-1’s vehicle parked in an apartment complex. Based on the investigation, officers were able to locate the apartment S-1 was in and detained him. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of some of the stolen property. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to be on probation and contacted walking with a bicycle in the above area. The bicycle was known to be stolen. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: JOHNSON, NATASHA (BFA, 45, ARRESTED)
Officers met with S-1 (Sacramento resident) to serve her with a protective order. S-1 put her vehicle in reverse and started to drive away. S-1 refused to follow commands and continued to drive away. As an officer tried to stop S-1, the officer was struck by S-1’s door. S-1 fled from officers but was stopped and detained a short distance away. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 choked and scratched V-1. S-1 also struck V-1 in the back of the head with a picture frame. V-1 sustained visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
