Suspect: ALLEN, MATTHEW (HMA, 41, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed V-1 into a room, closed the door and prevented V-1 from leaving or calling for help. S-1 made threats to harm V-1 and V-1’s family. Officers later discovered S-1 had punched and kicked V-1 last week that left V-1 with visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for vandalizing two vehicles in the above area. S-1 was transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 choked V-1. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for an active warrant and then transported to the main jail.
