An arrest was made in the early morning shooting that took place in Vineyard area of Sacramento County.
Sacramento Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a home on Clover Ranch Drive around 5:30 am, after receiving a call that several people in the home were shot.
Deputies located three shooting victims in the home. One with life threatening injuries and two with non life threatening injuries. Two others were not injured. All the occupants were males. After searching the home and property, deputies found a handgun. The victims told deputies the suspect was armed and wearing a bulletproof vest.
The suspect, 25-year-old Trey Devaughn Hallman, had fled the scene before deputies arrived. He was believed to be headed to the Bay Area. Late this morning Hallman was located in Antioch, Ca and taken into custody without incident.
