S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #1: MACKAY, SARA (WFA, 35, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: TOMPKINS, ALEXIS (WFA, 24, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: VINCENT MARTINEZ, MARINA (HFA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed both suspects had active warrants out for their arrest. A search incident to arrest led to the discovery of heroin and narcotic paraphernalia. S-3 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a probation search of S-2’s apartment and a record check revealed S-3 had an active warrant out for her arrest. A probation search of S-2’s apartment led to the discovery of burglary tools and reported stolen property. All three suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 was contacted asleep in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle with the engine running. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Galt resident) was arrested for shoplifting and grand theft. S-1 was transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
