Suspect: LOR, VONG (AMA, 28, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the above area and displayed objective signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. When officers attempted to detain S-1, S-1 physically resisted and tried to assault the officers. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained him. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed V-1 causing V-1 to fall. S-1 then struck V-1 with a curtain rod several times and punched V-1 in the face. V-1 sustained visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
