S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 threw V-1 down and pulled V-1’s hair. During the altercation, S-1 threatened V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed pulling into a parking lot of a closed business. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest and was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of burglary tools and stolen property. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
