Suspect: WILSON, JONATHAN (BMA, 26, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Stockton resident) was observed shoplifting and was confronted by employees. S-1 left the store with the stolen merchandise and drove away. Responding officers located a vehicle matching the description, stopped the vehicle and detained S-1. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: Laguna Blvd. / Laguna Springs Dr.
Suspect: PAYNE, DUSTIN (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to be on probation and had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was located in the above area and arrested. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
