S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver and S-2 (Sacramento resident) was the passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A record check revealed S-2 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the above area. S-1 provided officers with a false name. Officers were able to discover S-1’s real identity. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest and was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 slapped V-1. S-2 pushed V-1 down and S-1 proceeded to spit on V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. S-2 was arrested, issued a citation and released. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

V-1 was walking to his vehicle when he was approached by both suspects. S-1 demanded the victim’s property and S-2 struck V-1 several times with an unknown object. The suspects took V-1’s property and fled in an unknown direction. Both suspects were only described as African American males.

EVENING WATCH No major incidents or arrests logged.
