Suspect #2: HARRELL, CHRISTINE (WFA, 56, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver and S-2 (Sacramento resident) was the passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest and both suspects were on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) threw a rock through V-1’s vehicle window and located a short distance away by responding officers. A record check revealed S-1 was on parole and probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
