S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for trespassing, issued a citation and released.

Charges: VC 10851 (A), PC 1203.2 (A)
Location: 9200 block of Kliever Way
Suspect: MATA, ANTHONY (HMA, 64, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) took V-1’s vehicle without permission. S-1 and the stolen vehicle were later located in Sacramento with the assistance of an outside agency. S-1 was detained and a record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
