S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed V-1 up against furniture causing a visible injury. S-1 prevented V-1 and others from leaving and broke V-1’s phone preventing V-1 from calling for help. S-1 then threatened V-1 with a knife. Children were present during the incident. S-1 was later arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was detained for shoplifting. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation and had an active warrant out for arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
