S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 held V-1 down causing visible injuries. S-1 then threw V-1’s phone and held the door shut, preventing V-1 from leaving or calling for help. S-1 fled prior to officers’ arrival but was later located. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 slapped V-1 in the face and on the hand. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were in a vehicle and involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 scratched V-1 on the face and neck area causing visible injuries. S-1 and V-1 then drove to another area where S-1 exited the vehicle. S-1 was located by responding
officers. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
