Victim: CONFIDENTIAL

Suspect: PEI, BECKHAM (AMA, 38, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed V-1. The incident occurred in front of children. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8700 block of Elk Grove Blvd.

Suspect: BLAKE, JAMES (WMA, 41, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for trespassing, issued a citation and released.

Charges: HS 11350 (A), 11377 (A)

Location: 8700 block of Elk Grove Blvd.

Suspect: CRANDALL, BRADLEY (WMA, 40, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted in the above area and known to be on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine and prescription medication. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Location: Sheldon Rd. / Country Hill Ct.

Suspect: SANCHEZ, ANTHONY (HMA, 23, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1’s driver’s license was suspended. A probable cause search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded, unregistered concealed firearm and marijuana. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: DICHOSO, JOEY (AMA, 52, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Charges: PC 148 (A)(1), 1203.2 (A), WARRANT

Location: 8500 block of Jasmine Crest Ct.

Suspect #1: SCHERER, KEVIN (WMA, 30, ARRESTED)

Suspect #2: CURTIS, REBECCA (WFA, 41, ARRESTED)

Suspect #3: DARE, DALE (WMA, 53, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to have an active warrant out for his arrest and on probation. S-1 was observed in the above area and detained. Officers conducted a probation search of S-1’s residence where S-2 and S-3 (Elk Grove residents) were contacted. S-2 and S-3 were known to be on probation. Both suspects initially refused to exit the residence and after a short period of time, complied. All three suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
