Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and open containers of alcohol were observed in the vehicle. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. A search of S-1’s person and vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was transported to the main jail.

check revealed S-1 was on probation. An empty container of alcohol was found in the child’s stroller. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
