Suspect:
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed and grabbed V-1 by the neck and face. S-1 refused to let V-1 leave the room and prevented V-1 from calling for help by grabbing V-1’s phone. As officers attempted to detain S-1, S-1 physically resisted. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained her. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

During the incident, S-1 threatened V-1. V-1 sustained visible injuries. S-1 was detained and a search incident to
arrest led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

V-1 sustained visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a single vehicle collision. A passenger in S-1’s vehicle sustained injuries as a result of the collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
