NIGHT WATCH

Time: 0010 hours

Report #: 19-007554

Charges: VC 10851 (A), 23103 (A), 23123 (A), PC 496 D(A), 1203.2 (A)

Location: 9900 block of Lorae Way

Suspect: VILLALOBOS, ALEJANDRO (HMA, 19, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) checking for unlocked vehicles in the area. Prior to the officers’ arrival, S-1 drove away in V-1’s vehicle. A responding officer located a vehicle, matching the description of the stolen vehicle, a short distance away. A vehicle stop was conducted and S-1 was detained. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: JUAREZ, JASON (HMA, 41, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted in the above area and a record check revealed S-1 had active warrants out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8200 block of Laguna Blvd.

Suspect #1: ROBBINS, KIMBERLY (BFA, 40, ARRESTED)

Suspect #2: JOHNSON, JOHN (BMA, 52, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding an occupied suspicious vehicle. Responding officers contacted S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) in the vehicle. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest and both suspects were on probation. A probation search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 scratched V-1’s arms causing visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 10000 block of Bruceville Rd.

Suspect: REYES, EMMANUEL (HMA, 30, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Stockton resident) was arrested for public intoxication and then transported to the main jail.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
