Child hit by vehicle at Prairie Elementary School last night

A 12 year old was hit by a vehicle last night in front of Prairie Elementary School in South Sacramento last night.
The incident happened just before 7 pm at the school located on Valley Hi Drive. KCRA reported the child’s condition was unknown and the driver was cooperating with police. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the accident.
