Suspect: BALLEW, RANDALL (WMA, 50, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted and detained in the above area. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then
transported to the main jail.
