Location: 9100 block of Franklin Blvd.
Suspect: JONES, JOVAN (BMA, 26, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. S-1 provided officers with a false name. Officers learned S-1’s real name and a record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest and was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 refused to identify himself and follow officers’ commands. After approximately 20 minutes of trying to get S-1 to exit the vehicle, officers forcibly removed S-1 from the vehicle and detained him. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 refused to follow the officer’s command and physically resisted when officers attempted to detain S-1. Officers overcome S-1’ resistance and detained S-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. S-1 displayed objective signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
