S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. S-1 provided officers with a false name. Officers learned S-1’s real name and a record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest and was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

After approximately 20 minutes of trying to get S-1 to exit the vehicle, officers forcibly removed S-1 from the vehicle and detained him. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
