Suspect: SINGH, SATENDRA (OMA, 52, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for violating a protective order and then transported to the main jail.

Location: Sheldon Rd. / W. Stockton Blvd.
Suspect: BARAJAS, RICARDO (HMA, 24, ARRESTED)
Officers observed S-1 (Sacramento resident) running in and out of traffic in the above area. When officers attempted to contact S-1, he ran from the officers. Officers were able to detain S-1 after a short foot pursuit. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 struck V-1 in the lower abdomen area. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: THOMAS, RICHARD (WMA, 55, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle and stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect: PARHAR, MANMOHAN (OMA, 20, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident) slumped over the steering wheel of a parked vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) were riding bicycles in the above area and stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed both suspects had active warrants out for their arrest. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.
