S-1 approached V-1 as they were standing near a parked vehicle and attempted to physically take the V-1’s purse. After a brief struggle, S-1 was able to take V-1’s purse and then get into an awaiting vehicle. S-1 was described as an African American male, approximately 16 years old, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. S-2, who was seen standing next to the waiting suspect vehicle and acted as a possible lookout, was described as an African American male, approximately 16 years old, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. The suspect vehicle was described as a black older 4-door sedan. There was no description of S-3, who was the driver of the suspect vehicle.

Suspect: TSYMBAL, YEKATERINA (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was detained for shoplifting. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A search of S-1 and her property led to the discovery of burglary tools. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8600 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: CALANTOC, JAMES (HMA, 42, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident), who had left a business without paying for services rendered. Officers located S-1 a short distance away. Upon seeing the officers, S-1 ran but was detained shortly after. While being detained S-1 physically resisted. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A search of S-1’s person and property led to the discovery of stolen merchandise. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8800 block of Sheldon Rd.
Suspect: GALINDOVALENCIA, ANTONIO (HMA, 21, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to have an active warrant out for his arrest and observed in the above area. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
