S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 had active warrants out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #4: GALINDO, DENISE (HFA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle. S-1 was known to be on probation and had an active warrant out for his arrest. The vehicle was stopped. S-2 (Elk Grove resident), S-3(Sacramento resident), and S-4 (Marysville resident) were passengers in the vehicle. A record check revealed S-2 was on probation. S-1 was found trying to discard the methamphetamine he was in possession of and a search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of more methamphetamine. S-2 was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-3 and S-4 were also found in possession of methamphetamine. S-3 and S-4 were arrested, issued citations and released. S-1 and S-2 were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. S-1 fled the scene of the collision in his vehicle. S-1 was later located and detained. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding an impaired driver that had parked in the above area. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. Officers also discovered V-2, a juvenile, had been a passenger in the vehicle prior to the vehicle being parked. S-1 prevented V-2 from calling for help by taking V-2’s phone away. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.
“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
