Suspect: GOANS, TONY (WMA, 33, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Stockton resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for having license plate, that belong to another vehicle on his vehicle. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: Elk Grove Florin Rd. / E. Stockton Blvd.
Suspect: MARTINELLI, JULIAN (AMA, 24, ARRESTED)
Officers attempted to stop S-1 (Elk Grove resident), who was driving a motor vehicle, for suspicion of being impaired. S-1 refused to stop and continued driving until he eventually stopped. S-1 refused to follow the officers’ directives and would not exit the vehicle. After some time, officers were able to convince S-1 to exit the vehicle. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: CLARK, RACHELE (WFA, 31, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding a reckless vehicle that had struck the center median. Arriving officers located the vehicle, unoccupied, in the above area. S-1 (Rio Linda resident) was found hiding in some bushes nearby and detained. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 became physically resistive and kicked one of the officers in chest while she was being placed in a patrol vehicle. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. Once at the jail, S-1 spat at another officer.
