S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 put his arm around V-1’s neck, partially restricting V-1’s ability to breathe. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: DAILEY, KEYANNA (BFA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (San Francisco resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #1: JONES, BRIANA (WFA, 23, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: SCARANO, ANTHONY (WMA, 33, ARRESTED)
Both suspects (Elk Grove residents) were detained for shoplifting. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. Both suspects were found to be in possession of stolen merchandise. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of heroin. S-2 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #1: SILVEIRA, MANDY (HFA, 35, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: ALMAGUER, RAMIRO (HMA, 41, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: WHITE, MONICA (WFA, 42, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to call for service regarding all three suspects (Sacramento residents), who had shoplifted from the business and was loading the stolen merchandise into a parked vehicle. S-1 got into the driver’s seat and with S-2 in the passenger seat, S-1 led officers on a short pursuit. S-1eventually yielded and both S-1 and S-2 were detained. S-3, who was left behind at the business was detained by arriving officers. An inventory search of the vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia and ammunition. A record check revealed S-3 was had an active warrant out for her arrest. All three suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: ONG, WILLY (AMA, 40, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated when S-1 threatened V-1 with a firearm. Responding officers arrived and contacted S-1 in the driveway of a residence. S-1 refused to follow the officers’ commands, proceeded to get into a vehicle and started it. Officers physically remove S-1 from the vehicle where he continued to physically resist and fight with the officers. With the assistance of a police K9, S-1 was detained. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
