Suspect #1: ZHOU, FU (AMA, 30 ARRESTED)

Suspect #2: SHEN, YUE (AFA, 62, ARRESTED)

Detectives from the Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant related to an active marijuana cultivation operation and power theft investigation. Detectives recovered over 120 plants and indicia related to marijuana sales. Detectives also found the suspects had bypassed the power meter allowing them to use a high amount of power without paying. Both suspects (Elk Grove residents) were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.
