Suspect #1: HALE, CHRISTIAN (OMA, 41, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: DUNN, MELISSA (WFA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and S-2 (Sacramento resident) were consensually contacted in the above area. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probable cause search of both suspects led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-2 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #3: DANIEL, LESLIE (WFA, 41, ARRESTED)
Detectives from the Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant at a residence related to a narcotic sales investigation. All three suspects (Elk Grove residents) were detained at the residence. S-1 lived at the residence, however, S-2 and S-3 did not. Detectives found an unregistered firearm, approximately 1⁄4 stick of dynamite, ammunition, burglary tools and stolen property including stolen mail. S-3 was found to be in possession of narcotic paraphernalia and S-2 was found to be in possession of methamphetamine as well as narcotic paraphernalia. Both S-2 and S-3 were arrested, issued citations for their offenses and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with parked vehicles. A passenger in S-1’s vehicle sustained a minor injury. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 causing a disturbance. During the disturbance, a witness observed S-1 grab a firearm from his vehicle. S-1 then left in his vehicle. A responding officer located a vehicle matching the description S-1 was seen leaving in, stopped the vehicle and detained S-1. A cursory search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of loaded rifle. A record check revealed S-1 is prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-2 discarded the merchandise and both suspects exited the store where they were detained. S-2 was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, narcotic paraphernalia and burglary tools. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.
