Suspect #4: GRAHAM, BRIAN (WMA, 40, ARRESTED)
S-3 and S-4 (Sacramento residents) was observed by store loss prevention stealing merchandise. S-3 and S-4 exited the store and left in a vehicle along with S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents). Responding officers located the vehicle and conducted a vehicle stop. S-2 initially gave officers a fake
name. Officers discovered S-2’s real name. A record check revealed S-1, S-3 and S-4 were on probation as well as S-2 and S-3 had an active warrant out for their arrest. S-4 was found of in possession of the methamphetamine and a dirk/dagger. S-3 was found in possession of the stolen merchandise.
S-1 was later found to be in possession of methamphetamine at the jail. All four suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) causing a disturbance and appeared to be impaired. When officers arrived, they observed S-1 driving a motor vehicle. S-1 was stopped and upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Stockton resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with another vehicle. As a result of the collision, a passenger in the other vehicle sustained an injury. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Officers responded to the 7200 block of Laguna Boulevard regarding a suspicious vehicle that was parked in a parking lot. Officers arrived on scene and contacted all three suspects inside the vehicle. A record check revealed S-1 (Sacramento resident) was on probation and had an active warrant out for her arrest. While officers were detaining the occupants, S-2 (Sacramento resident) stepped out of the vehicle and officers observed a firearm on the floorboard near S-2’s feet. All three suspects were
detained. A search of the vehicle, that S-3 (Elk Grove resident) was driving, led to the discovery of two firearms, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, prescription medication, marijuana and indicia related to narcotic sales. S-1 was also found to have heroin on her person. All three suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained him. Officers observed S-1 destroy narcotic paraphernalia prior to resisting them. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
