S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were in verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 shoved V-1 causing V-1 to fall to the ground. The altercation took place near children. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

V-1 met S-2 (Elk Grove resident) at the above prearranged location. As V-1 and S-2 were sitting in V-1’s vehicle talking, S-1 (Elk Grove resident) approached, opened the vehicle door and demanded V-1’s property. Both suspects then started punching V-1 and took V-1’s property. V-1 was able to exit the vehicle uninjured and both suspects took off running. Officers later located both suspects and V-1’s property at S-1’s residence. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) causing a disturbance. When officers attempted to contact S-1, S-1 advanced towards the officers in an aggressive manner. S-1 physically resisted as officers attempted to detain him causing one officer to suffer injuries. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained him. S-1 made threats after being detained. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

V-1 arrived and went into their residence leaving the garage door open. While inside a room, V-1 heard the interior garage door. V-1 stepped out into the hallway and saw two unknown suspects inside the house. Both suspects were armed with firearms. Both suspects exited the house and possibly got into a black sedan that was being driven by S-3. That sedan was last seen heading east towards Elk Grove Florin Road. It was later discovered that the suspects had taken an item from the V-1’s house. S-1 and S-2 were described as African American males, late teens or early twenties, both were wearing dark- colored clothing and covered their face with their sweatshirts.

S-1 was determined to be the primary aggressor, was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order
against S-1.

V-1 was unloaded items from the trunk of a vehicle when S-1 and S-2 approached V-1. S-1 grabbed V-1’s purse, which was on V-1’s shoulder, and attempted to take it. V-1 tried to maintain control of the purse but fell to the ground. S-2 helped S-1 break the purse free of V-1’s grasp. Both suspects fled the scene in a waiting vehicle. The vehicle was described as an older compact vehicle. Both suspects were African American males. S-1 was wearing a white sweatshirt and black jeans. S-2 was wearing a dark-
colored long sleeve shirt and black jeans.

males, wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts. The vehicle was only described as an older model station wagon.
