Location: 8600 block of Bader Rd.
Suspect: LOR, XIONG (AMA, 34, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident) walking in the area where a call for shots heard had been received earlier in the morning. Responding officers arrived and attempted to contact S-1. S-1 ran from officers but was later detained. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of stolen property, some of which was taken during a residential burglary. A search of the area where S-1 had been led to the discovery of ammunition and a reported stolen firearm. A record check revealed S-1 is prohibited from possessing ammunition and firearms. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 kicking V-1’s front door. V-1 has a protective order against S-1 (Elk Grove resident). Responding officers attempted to detain S-1 when he physically resisted. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance with the assistance of a police K9, who was injured during the incident. S-1 was arrested, treated at a local hospital and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 dragged V-1 a short distance and then later shoved V-1. The incident took place in the presence of a child. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an
emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect: KHELA, AMRIK (AMA, 61, ARRESTED)
S-1 (W. Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 punched V-1 in the back of the head and pushed V-1 down. S-1 fled prior to the officers’ arrival but was later located in the area. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect: SAEED, NOMAN (OMA, 28, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
