Charges: WARRANT
Location: 8100 block of Sheldon Rd.
Suspect: BUSHEY, SHAWN (WMA, 43, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was riding a bicycle and stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: Bradshaw Rd. / Millpond Ct.
Suspect: GALINDORAMIREZ, HOMAR (HMA, 34, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding a reckless driver. Officers arrived and located the vehicle parked in the above area with S-1 (Galt resident) sitting in the driver’s seat. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Location: Bradshaw Rd. / Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: BROWN, MONTE (BMA, 68, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding a reckless driver. Officers arrived and located the vehicle parked with S-1 (Sacramento resident) sitting in the driver’s seat. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Suspect: MENDOZA, JOHN (HMA, 50, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for trespassing and public intoxication. S-1 was transported to the main jail.

Location: 5000 block of Laguna Blvd.
Suspect: PARSONS, MICHAEL (WMA, 41, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Location: 7200 block of Laguna Blvd.
Suspect: SILLMAN, COURTNEY (WFA, 38, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was consensually contacted in the above area. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
