Suspect #1: PELLERIN, AMANDA (WFA, 24, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: YANG, BOON (AMA, 31, ARRESTED)
Officers located a vehicle leaving a neighborhood and stopped the vehicle for a vehicle code violation. S-1 (Sacramento resident was the driver and S-2 (Sacramento resident) was the passenger. A record check revealed S-2 was on probation and had an active warrant out for his arrest. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a catalytic converter and pipe cutting tools. A search incident to arrest of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-2 was arrested for stealing vehicle parts, possession of burglary tools, conspiracy, violation of probation and the active warrant. S-1 was arrested for stealing vehicle parts, possession of burglary tools,
conspiracy, and possession of a controlled substance. Both suspects were transported to the main jail.

Suspect: JACKSON, CUMASHA (BFA, 44, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A probable cause search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of heroin. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.
