S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 hit V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding a suspicious vehicle that was parked in the above area. Officers arrived and contacted S-1 along with another subject. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded firearm where S-1 was seated. S-1 was arrested and then
transported to the main jail.
